To process your personal data, as a controller, in accordance with the Data Protection Act and the GDPR, subject to the terms laid down below.

When handling personal data, we proceed in accordance with the Czech laws and regulations and directly applicable EU legislation, in particular Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, as amended, and Act No. 480/2004 Coll., and in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data do we process as a controller?

When is your consent not required?

We may process personal data without your consent for the following purposes:

  • Performance of a contract concerning the provision of a service or product
  • Fulfilment of legal obligations arising from applicable legislation
  • Processing based on legitimate interest (e.g., direct marketing, safety and protection of individuals)

Purpose and retention of personal data

The data may be used for commercial and marketing purposes, such as maintaining a database of website users and offering goods or services, for as long as a lawful basis for processing exists. Simply put, we collect your personal data so that you can use our services and receive important updates.

Form submission: Personal data submitted through the contact form is processed for the purpose of fulfilling a contract (e.g. providing a service). It may also be used to comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting records) and for the protection of our legal interests.

Identification and contact data may also be processed under legitimate interest for internal analytics and statistics. Anonymous outputs may be used for service improvement and marketing.

Who has access to your personal data?

Personal data is processed by the Controller, but may also be processed by authorized third parties (processors or other controllers), including:

Other processors (e.g. delivery companies or service contractors) may be involved, but only to the extent necessary for contract performance. No data is transferred to unauthorised third parties. All personal data is secured and processed either electronically in an automated manner or manually in paper form. Your data will not be transferred outside the EU.
